Our Story

We started with a whiteboard and a problem we couldn't stop noticing.

Every advisor we talked to already had good pieces of a business. Nobody was showing them how those pieces connected. That gap became Advisor Elevated.

How it started

Two people. One whiteboard. A list of everything they believed actually made a business work. Not tactics, not tricks, but the real pillars underneath a business built to grow on purpose, not by accident. It wasn't a pitch deck or a business plan, just markers, a wall, and years of watching advisors get handed advice without ever being shown how to use it. Two different paths led two different people to the exact same wall, and somehow, they ended up staring at it together.

That whiteboard, sitting in Caleb's living room, is where Advisor Elevated started.

Caleb's side of it

Caleb grew up on a chicken farm in Wisconsin, homeschooled, one of six kids. At nineteen he was overseeing the investment department of a bank. Not exactly the background you'd expect from someone who'd go on to build one of the largest financial YouTube channels and podcasts in the country, but that's exactly what BetterWealth became.

Advisors started finding him constantly, all asking some version of the same question. How do you do this? So Caleb started taking the calls. Hours of them. Conversation after conversation, genuinely trying to help.

He kept running into the same wall. A single conversation was never enough. Almost every advisor had the same problem underneath. Their business wasn't built to support the marketing they were putting out. Everything was disconnected. And there was nowhere he could send them. Everything out there was a one-off tactic or a shiny object. Nobody was offering something that could actually help all the way through.

He didn't have that answer yet. That bothered him more than it should have.

Brieanna's side of it

Brieanna grew up playing rugby and has coached for seventeen years, leading teams to championships along the way. Take people from any background, any skill level, and put them through the right system, and you can turn them into winners. That's just how she sees people. It turns out to also be how she sees business.

She loves to travel and meet people across different cultures, and somewhere in all of that, synthesizing became her real skill. Taking a mess of pieces and turning them into something that actually works together.

Ten years ago, she was teaching advisors how to grow their visibility online, one strategy at a time. She started noticing a pattern. The advisors who struggled most were never missing a tactic. They were missing a business that could actually hold one.

She watched advisor after advisor spend thousands of dollars on shiny objects that were never going to bring the results they needed, because marketing was never the real issue. They needed help with their offer. Automation to catch what came in. Sales to convert it. Nobody was teaching that part.

Different paths. Same discovery. Talent and tactics don't build a business. Connected systems do.

Where their paths crossed

Caleb and Brieanna met the way a lot of good partnerships start. As speakers at the same summit.

Brieanna watched Caleb take the stage and noticed something. BetterWealth wasn't growing like everyone else's business in the room. It was growing differently. She wanted to know why.

So they started talking. Not about marketing. About what Caleb had actually built underneath it, and what made his business hold together when so many advisors around him were stuck. They agreed on one thing early. Whatever they built couldn't be another group coaching program. It had to meet each advisor exactly where their business already was.

That conversation is what led them both back to a whiteboard, in Caleb's living room, and this time they were mapping it out together.

Betting on the framework, not the pitch

For the first year, they didn't sell anything. They tested AOS with ten advisors, refining every piece until they were fully convicted it worked.

Once they watched those ten advisors finally connect every part of their business for the first time, marketing, sales, offer, and automation working together instead of in isolation, they knew the framework was sound.

That's the version of AOS they decided to build a company around.

From the whiteboard to the stage

From there, Advisor Elevated grew into something bigger than one-on-one conversations. Caleb and Brieanna started speaking on stages across the country, teaching advisors the same thing they'd mapped out that day in Caleb's living room. Infrastructure, not motivation, was the real reason so many advisor businesses were stuck.

The team grew too. What used to be just Brieanna handling every client herself is now a full team. Client Operations Managers, an operations team, and virtual assistants working from around the world to support advisors every week. Along the way, they've also built real partnerships with some of the most trusted names in the industry, people who care about giving advisors something real instead of another trend.

AOS has gone on to change how hundreds of advisors run their business, and for Caleb and Brieanna, watching it happen never gets old.

Who's behind AOS

The team

Caleb Guilliams

Caleb Guilliams

Cofounder

Caleb is the cofounder of AOS, and he's the one advisors turn to for a clear understanding of how to actually apply it to their business. He's also the face of Advisor Elevated, speaking on stages like NAIFA, LEAP, Penn Mutual, and FFR about the process in front of the advisors who need it most. Throughout it all, he's the one adding the personal touch that makes each advisor's version of AOS feel like their own.

Fun fact: Grew up on a chicken farm in Wisconsin, and was homeschooled the whole way through. Caleb didn't come from marketing. He came from real life, which is exactly why AOS works.
Brieanna Carlson

Brieanna Carlson

CEO & Cofounder

As CEO and cofounder, Brieanna runs operations for the entire business, making sure everything from start to finish has a real system and process behind it. She's the reason AOS exists as an actual system instead of another marketing trend, and she oversees the whole team to make sure what advisors need actually comes to life.

Fun fact: She's walked the Great Wall of China, swum with whale sharks in Mexico, climbed a volcano in Guatemala, and wandered ancient temples in Thailand. Ask her about any of it. She won't stop talking, and you won't want her to.
Jessica Grillo

Jessica Grillo

Client Operations Manager

Jessica isn't just checking boxes inside AOS. She's a thought partner who gets inside your business, understands exactly where you're headed, and helps make it real. She's the person advisors partner with to actually build and apply AOS inside their own business, and they walk away feeling like someone finally gets what they're building, because she does.

Fun fact: She played rugby at Lander University, which explains why nothing rattles her. She's also amazing at anything DIY, sewing, graphics, building things with her hands, if it can be made, she'll figure out how.
Addie Getz

Addie Getz

Client Operations Manager

Addie is an amazing synthesizer, with a real specialty for taking an advisor's thoughts and ideas and bringing them to life in a way that actually makes sense to them. She's great at explaining things clearly, and advisors trust her to take what's in their head and bring it to life through AOS.

Fun fact: The oldest of her siblings, which checks out completely. At home she's got four dogs, one cat, and an ever-growing collection of knitting projects.
Miguel Coelho

Miguel Coelho

Sales & Operations Manager

Miguel runs the sales and operations side of the prospect journey, keeping visibility on everything that has to happen each month to bring AOS to life for advisors, from the moment someone first finds Advisor Elevated to everything that follows.

Fun fact: Lives in Portugal and speaks three languages. He also just got a German Shepherd puppy for his son, wife, and the rest of the family.
